Group doing yoga at a retreat in Italy

Movement has guided my path since childhood, first through the world of professional dance and later through the transformative practice of yoga. Before yoga, I worked as a professional dancer and teacher, with a background in classical ballet and contemporary dance. Those years taught me discipline, sensitivity and presence through movement, while yoga gradually opened the door to a deeper inner path of awareness, healing and self-discovery.

In 2013, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in India, where I immersed myself in the traditional teachings and philosophy of yoga, a foundation that continues to guide both my personal practice and the way I teach today.

For me, yoga is much more than physical movement; it is a path of self-inquiry, consciousness and connection between body, mind and breath.

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of teaching internationally while living in places such as Rio de Janeiro, Rome, France, Singapore and now Varese, where my family and I have made our home surrounded by the beauty of Northern Italy.

Living and travelling across different parts of the world allowed me to experience both Eastern and Western cultures closely, deeply enriching my understanding of yoga, wellbeing and the human experience itself.

The retreats I offer are a reflection of this journey. I create these experiences as an invitation to slow down, reconnect and return to what truly matters. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, nature and mindful moments, my intention is to offer a space where people can feel nourished, grounded and deeply connected, both to themselves and to the present moment.

As a teacher, I do not seek perfection or performance. What matters most to me is helping each person listen to their own body with kindness, respect and awareness. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have practiced for many years, I hope you leave each retreat feeling lighter, inspired and more connected to yourself and to life itself.

For me, yoga is ultimately a remembering, a return to the wholeness that already exists within us.
