Yoga, Meditation & Wellness Retreats in Italy

This yoga retreat experience takes place in the hills of Parma, offering a quieter and more authentic side of Italy — a place that feels like Tuscany, yet remains untouched by the crowds.

Just a short distance from Milan, the landscape opens into rolling hills, open skies, and a slower rhythm of life. It’s here that I guide each retreat, in a carefully selected setting chosen for its beauty, stillness, and connection to nature.

The experience unfolds within a historic medieval borgo, where time seems to slow down and the atmosphere naturally invites you to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with yourself.

Each day begins gently, with yoga and meditation in the fresh morning air. As the day opens, there is space to rest, walk through the surrounding nature, or simply pause and enjoy the quiet. There is no rigid schedule — only a rhythm that allows you to slow down and return to what feels essential.

My teaching is shaped by more than 10 years of international experience, having lived and taught in France, Italy, Rio de Janeiro, and Singapore. Through this journey, I’ve developed an approach that sees yoga as a complete tradition — not only physical practice, but also philosophy, awareness, and presence.

Part of this experience is also a deeper connection to the place itself. I invite you to discover Italy not as a visitor, but through simple and meaningful encounters with the local culture. Whenever possible, we connect with the people of the land — sharing moments that reflect its traditions, its rhythm, and its way of living.

This may take the form of experiences such as a traditional cooking class with local hosts, where food becomes a way to gather, learn, and connect. These moments are not staged, but emerge naturally from the environment and the people who make it unique.

This is not a retreat about doing more, but about slowing down. A space where yoga, nature, and Italian culture come together in a way that feels grounding, authentic, and deeply restorative.

What to expect

A slower rhythm
Each retreat follows a gentle and natural rhythm, where yoga, rest, and meaningful moments come together in a simple and unforced way.

Yoga and presence
Days begin with yoga and meditation in a quiet natural setting, allowing you to arrive fully into the present moment. As the experience unfolds, there is space to explore yoga beyond the physical practice, through philosophy, reflection, and awareness.

Space to simply be
The surrounding landscape invites you to slow down. Time is left open for rest, walks in nature, or simply being, without pressure or a fixed pace.

Food and connection
Food becomes a way to connect with the place, the people, and the traditions, through simple and authentic meals prepared by local hands. Shared moments around the table offer a glimpse into the culture and rhythm of Italian life.

Culture and atmosphere
Elements of local culture naturally emerge through small and meaningful experiences that reflect the spirit of the land.

Gentle restoration
Gentle wellness practices support the overall experience, creating a sense of balance that feels grounding, spacious, and deeply restorative.

" Natalia is wonderful human being with a deep sense of service and vast knowledge about the inner/outer machanisms of the body...and that makes the difference, it does not matter the activity, wether is yoga, or meditation, or music or a conversation, a walk...a hug. Is pure LOVE. If you put all these in a setting which is heavenly, what can go wrong? yes, addiction! haahahaha...praying to repeat the experience. Thank YOU, Natalia: Namaste.... "

" I’ve attended the last two yoga retreats organised by Natalia in Parma region. While these weren’t my first retreats, hers stand out as something truly special.

What makes Natalia’s retreats different is not only her professionalism and depth as a yoga teacher, but the way she thoughtfully curates the entire experience. There’s a real sense of balance - between movement and rest, structure and flexibility, and physical practice and reflection. Every element feels intentional and make the experience feel genuine.

Natalia is also an incredibly smart and curious person, which naturally shapes the retreat. She brings in complementary elements - whether through conversations, practices, or simply the atmosphere she creates - that make it a wholesome experience.

I also want to highlight her skills as a meditation guide. Her sessions are grounding, accessible, and meaningful, whether you’re experienced or relatively new to meditation.

Another thing that stands out is the group dynamic. Natalia somehow manages to bring together people who create a balanced, open, and respectful energy, which makes the experience even more enriching.

Overall, her retreats offer a rare combination of professionalism, authenticity, and genuine care. In the end, these retreats have truly functioned as a reset for me, something that stays with me well beyond the experience itself and throughout the year. "
